SEM Rust-Mort™ 69504 is a ready-to-use green, phosphoric-acid rust converter for minor surface rust on ferrous metal. It removes or converts existing rust and can leave an insoluble black coating that prepares the surface for body filler, primer or topcoat.

Apply 3–4 thin coats, keeping the area wet during conversion. Rinse excess material with water and a brush, dry the surface completely, then topcoat. Rust-Mort is not designed for prolonged exposure. Contains phosphoric acid; follow the current SEM Technical Data Sheet and Safety Data Sheet for preparation, handling and personal protection.

Free shipping within Canada on orders over C$200, excluding oversized/freight items; otherwise Canada Post and Purolator rates are calculated at checkout. Oversized/freight items ship at flat regional freight rates shown at checkout. Aerosols and other regulated items may have carrier restrictions. Returns: Eligible new, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping apply to non-defective returns. Spray equipment is returnable only if unused with its factory seal unbroken; used or installed spray equipment and custom-mixed paint are not returnable.
