SEM Clear Chip Guard (part 39803) is a durable acrylic aerosol coating that reproduces fine-to-medium OEM textures while helping protect lower panels from impact, chipping and abrasion. The single aerosol can is listed by SEM as a 20 oz container; distributor listings describe approximately 14.8 oz net fill. Suitable for properly prepared, primed and painted surfaces, SMC and fiberglass. Apply 2–3 medium-wet coats, allowing 5–10 minutes between coats; topcoat after 2–4 hours. Do not use over enamel or uncured finishes; test compatibility before use and follow the product label and technical data sheet.

Free shipping within Canada on orders over C$200, excluding oversized/freight items; otherwise Canada Post and Purolator rates are calculated at checkout. Returns: Eligible new, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping apply to non-defective returns. Spray equipment is returnable only if unused with its factory seal unbroken; used or installed spray equipment and custom-mixed paint are not returnable.
