SEM Super SEM Flex (part 39728) is a clear paint additive that adds flexibility to urethanes, enamels and lacquers. It is intended for refinishing flexible substrates such as bumpers, vinyl convertible tops and flexible plastics.

  • Use with most aftermarket automotive paint systems and SEM Color Coat.
  • Adds chip resistance and helps improve gloss.
  • One clear liquid pint container.

For Color Coat, SEM specifies 1 part Super SEM Flex to 8 parts Color Coat for most substrates, or 1 part to 10 parts for vinyl convertible tops. For other paint types, SEM advises starting with a 10%–20% addition and testing a sample panel for flexibility and compatibility. Always follow the paint manufacturer’s specifications and consult the product label and SDS before use.

Safety: Flammable liquid. Use only with appropriate ventilation and protective equipment, and review the current SDS before handling.

Returns: Eligible new, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping apply to non-defective returns. Spray equipment is returnable only if unused with its factory seal unbroken; used or installed spray equipment and custom-mixed paint are not returnable.
