Polyvance Flex Filler 2 is a two-part flexible epoxy filler for repairing flexible plastic parts. This 2000-C cartridge kit contains one 10 fl oz (296 ml) white Part A cartridge and one 10 fl oz (296 ml) black Part B cartridge, for 20 fl oz (592 ml) total. Mix equal amounts until the material is uniformly gray with no streaks.

  • Remains flexible after curing and is suitable for many flexible plastic substrates.
  • Feathers in approximately 12–15 minutes at room temperature; typically can be primed and painted after 30–45 minutes.
  • Dispense with a standard caulking gun onto a mixing board; no special gun is required.
  • For TPO or polypropylene, use Polyvance 1060FP Filler Prep before filler application.

Follow the manufacturer’s directions and safety data sheet. Two-part epoxy components are supplied separately and must be mixed before use.

Returns: Eligible new, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping apply to non-defective returns. Spray equipment is returnable only if unused with its factory seal unbroken; used or installed spray equipment and custom-mixed paint are not returnable.
