Dupli-Color Rust Fix Rust Treatment (RF129) is a solvent-based aerosol coating for treating rusty metal. It sprays on clear and transforms into a flat black, sandable and paintable coating that helps protect metal against future rust. The 10.25 oz can is suitable for use with body filler and fiberglass.

  • Manufacturer part number: RF129
  • Finish/color: flat black after application
  • Net contents: 10.25 oz per aerosol can; sold as 1 can or in 2-, 4- and 6-packs (choose Package Size)
  • Coverage: approximately 10–15 sq ft per can

Remove loose paint, dirt, grease and scale and prepare the rusty surface before use. Apply 2–3 light coats as directed on the label; allow the coating to dry 24 hours before topcoating. Use with adequate ventilation and follow all label and SDS precautions. Aerosol is highly flammable and may be subject to carrier restrictions.

Canadian MPN / US search reference: Canadian part CRF129 corresponds to the US reference RF129. This is the Canadian-version listing; Canadian customers searching either part number should use this product.
