Dominion Sure Seal SAPB 3 IN 1 Black Primer
SAPB is a black aerosol primer formulated to prime and fill in one step for automotive refinishing. Its fan-spray pattern, film build and flexibility help cover minor surface defects and sanding scratches. The manufacturer lists use on bare metal, aluminum, previously painted surfaces, polyester body filler, plastics and SMC/fiberglass.

Use and ordering notes
Clean, scuff and mask surfaces before application. For optimal adhesion to bare steel or aluminum, apply an appropriate self-etch or super-acid etch primer first. Shake by inverting the can and continue mixing 1–2 minutes after the ball moves freely; apply 1–2 medium-wet coats from about 12 inches away. SAPB is specifically the black 454 g can; grey SAPG and white SAPW are different products. This pressurized aerosol is highly flammable and requires ventilation, ignition-source control and current TDS/SDS review.
